How Settleby Ltd looks after your data when you use DarraghStudio.
What we collect
When you buy or create an account we collect your name, email address and shipping address, plus a record of your orders. Payment card details are handled entirely by Stripe — we never receive them.
How we use it
We use your information only to process and ship your orders, send you order and account emails, and provide customer support. We do not sell your data, ever.
Who we share it with
We share the minimum necessary with trusted providers who help us run the shop: Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery) and our shipping carrier. Each handles your data under their own privacy terms.
Cookies
We use a single essential session cookie to keep your basket and sign-in working. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data at any time — just email hello@darraghstudio.org. You also have the right to complain to the ICO.
Children
The shop is intended to be used by adults. Although our designs are by a young creator, purchases and accounts should be made by someone aged 18 or over.
