Terms of Sale
These terms apply to purchases from DarraghStudio, a trading name of Settleby Ltd.
1. About us
DarraghStudio is operated by Settleby Ltd (registered in England & Wales, company number 15107426). If you need to contact us, email hello@darraghstudio.org.
2. Products & pricing
All prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). UK orders include VAT at 20%; orders shipped outside the UK are zero-rated exports and carry no UK VAT. Because each piece is made with love, colours and finishes may vary very slightly from the photos.
3. Orders & payment
Payment is taken securely at checkout by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details. An order is confirmed once payment is received and we email you a confirmation.
4. Shipping
We ship within the United Kingdom and to selected international destinations, at Royal Mail tracked rates (UK letter free / parcel £3.65; Rest-of-world letter £8.50 / parcel £11.10), free over £30. We aim to dispatch within a few working days and will email you when your order is on its way. International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes on arrival, which are the recipient's responsibility.
5. Returns & cancellations
Under UK consumer law you may cancel within 14 days of receiving your order and return unused items in their original condition for a refund. Please email us first. Refunds are made to your original payment method.
6. Faulty items
If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us within 30 days and we'll put it right with a replacement or refund.
7. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
